Basic knowledge of stamping die terminology
1. Curl
Curling is a stamping process in which the edges of the processed components are wound into almost closed circles. The axis of a curled circle is linear.
2. Rolling edge
Crimping edges is a stamping process in which the upper edge of the hollow component is wound into an almost closed circle.
3. Drawing
